Based in Swindon Wiltshire, with a circa 35 mile radius coverage. We have expert knowledge of the residential housing stock, old or new. We are also independent, with the primary goal to retain and build on our local client base. Offering high levels of service, communication and with a solution focused diagnosis to building defects.
Unlike some of the larger corporate residential surveying companies, we have no weekly survey quotas to meet. In fact we do the opposite and limit our surveys, to ensure consistent quality across all our survey levels.

​Our principal residential building surveyor is registered with RICS for levels 1-3 surveys & their RPSA equivalent We offer a friendly professional service to all clients. Our residential surveyor has 25 plus years experience in residential housebuilding, renovations and commercial refurbishments. With a practical honest approach to defect diagnosis. He holds Chartered Builder status as a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). Is an Associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. A registered surveyor with the Residential Property Surveyors Association (MRPSA) and a senior awards holder in construction from the City and Guilds of London Institute. Members of the CIOB & RICS must adhere to the institute's rules and regulations along with professional competence, due diligence, mandatory CPD and good conduct requirements.

For our new-build property inspections, we hold industry standard CSCS cards and our associated inspectors come from a trade/site management background with years of experience. Our principal surveyor is a qualified safety advisor with a (NEBOSH) Construction Certificate in health & safety. This allows us to produce H&S documentation to access all major developer sites. We can offer new house surveys following the New Homes Quality Board code and RPSA criteria, under the New Homes Ombudsman Service. This allows us access to inspect your property before you complete and move in. Not all "new home snaggers" have this type of access, check yours does before committing to a pre-completion inspection.
